The XR Perception R&D Systems Test and Integration team builds and tests prototype systems for these technologies. Team members will interact closely with systems engineers and software developers beginning with concept reviews and following through system implementation, tuning, testing, and demos. Candidates should be flexible in their work assignments as priorities can change quickly in this fast-paced environment. Team members can also expect to have some interactions with external customers through trade shows and/or on-site demos.
The Systems Test Engineer must have a good understanding of Augmented/Virtual Reality and general computer vision enabling technologies. Candidates must be able to evaluate technologies, systems, and devices through testing, logging, and analysis. Candidate must be able to create testing environments using software and hardware tools. Candidates must be able to develop test procedures, execute tests, and isolate problems. Candidates may be called upon to present and talk about prototypes in trade shows and other such venues.
* Experience with Augmented/Virtual Reality and general computer vision enabling technologies and devices
* Experience with verification and optimization of real-time computer vision systems including at least one of the following: (Visual inertial systems, SLAM, Depth from stereo, or 2D and 3D natural feature detection and tracking, hand tracking)
* Data analysis, automation, and scripting
* Experience working with and testing applications on Windows, Linux and Android.
* 3+ years of industry experience is required.
* Validation of 3D reconstruction technologies
* Validation of hand tracking technologies
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
